Stihl Austria goes for automatic archiving

Each year, Stihl Austria has to cope with 60,000 - 70,000 invoices and credit notes. To make that process clearer and easier to handle, the company is planning to introduce e-invoices – coupled with the archiving of invoices, credit notes and invoice-related documents.
When Stihl became aware of edmail2archive, a combination of e-billing function and archiving solution, the solution was first subjected to a thorough examination and then introduced. Meanwhile, just under 60% of the invoices are digitalised and automatically archived.
